FAQ

Questions deserve straight answers.

Below are the questions we hear most often before a project begins. If your question is not here, email us and you will receive a useful answer - not an automated sales sequence.

How much does a website cost?
Every project is quoted on scope, but small business sites commonly sit between $549 and $2,400. You receive a fixed-scope proposal with deliverables, milestones and pricing before work begins.
How long does a project take?
A compact brochure site is normally live in 10 to 15 working days. A multi-page custom site takes three to five weeks; stores and apps take longer depending on content and integrations.
Do you work with clients outside your time zone?
Yes. We work remotely with businesses in the US, UK, UAE, Australia and India. Kick-off calls are scheduled in your time zone and every project gets a shared task board.
Will my website be SEO and AI-search friendly?
Yes. Every build includes semantic markup, metadata, structured data, sitemap, fast page foundations and crawlable content. SEO and AI GEO retainers take those foundations further.
Do you provide support after launch?
Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support. Our care plans from $129 per month add backups, updates, security monitoring, uptime alerts and support hours.
What makes WebDesignPoint different from a freelancer?
You get a coordinated specialist team across strategy, design, development and marketing, with one accountable lead. It is broader capability and more continuity without the overhead of a large agency.
Can I keep my existing domain and hosting?
Yes. We work in your existing accounts and deploy to HostGator, cPanel, Cloudways and other common environments. Your domain, hosting and email remain in your name.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Project work is fixed-scope, and month-to-month retainers can be paused with 30 days notice. We earn continuation through the work and the result, not a restrictive contract.
What payment schedule do you use?
Most projects are 50% to start and 50% at pre-launch approval. Larger projects are split into milestone payments. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Can you work from a brief, RFP or existing brand guide?
Absolutely. We can work from a detailed brief, an RFP, a simple conversation or an existing design system. The discovery stage closes whatever gaps remain.
Do you offer white-label services for other agencies?
Yes, selectively. We can operate behind your brand for web development, WordPress, SEO or technical delivery. Email us with scope and expected volume.
